These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Intuitize Labs (“Intuitize,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Intuitize or any related service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. “You” means the individual or legal entity using the Service.
Eligibility and lawful use.
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and comply with the laws applicable to you. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your country, state, province, or other jurisdiction.
Prohibited conduct.
You may not use the Service to hack, scam, phish, defraud, impersonate, extort, harass, stalk, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, interfere with systems, evade security controls, or facilitate any other illegal activity. You may not use the Service to violate another person’s rights, submit content you lack the right to submit, or circumvent usage limits or access controls. This prohibition applies to the extent such conduct is unlawful under applicable law; where laws differ, the stricter applicable requirement governs your conduct with respect to the affected activity.
Your content.
You retain your rights in content you submit, subject to the rights necessary for us and our service providers to operate the Service. You represent that you have the permissions required to submit that content. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality, and consequences. Do not submit sensitive information unless you have considered the feature’s privacy characteristics and are authorized to do so.
AI output and important decisions.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review output before relying on it. The Service is not professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated advice, and you must not use it as a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency service.
Availability and changes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including free features, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, or compatibility. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, security risk, or legal necessity.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuitize will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
General terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms, form the entire agreement regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights under your local law remain unaffected.
