Your data
stays private.
Effective September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Intuitize Labs (“Intuitize,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Intuitize and related services (the “Service”).
All data remains private. We do not sell, rent, or license your data or Personal Information to another company. We do not sell conversations, prompts, files, account details, or usage data.
Information we handle.
Depending on the features you use, the Service may process prompts, conversation content, attachments, personalization settings, authentication details, device information, and technical logs. Chat history and personalization are designed to remain on your device where the product says they do.
How information is used.
We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Service; respond to requests; prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and communicate material service changes. We do not use your prompts, conversations, files, Personal Information, or other submitted content to train, fine-tune, or improve artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We use the minimum information reasonably necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy.
Features that are not private by default.
Intuitize is privacy-centered, but not every feature is privacy-centered. If you use web search, cloud inference, SmartDB public queries, account authentication, hosted products, or another integration, information may be transmitted to the applicable third-party provider or made available according to the feature’s settings. Public datasets and links are public. Do not submit information you are not authorized to disclose. Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Limited disclosure.
We may disclose information to service providers acting on our documented instructions, to protect rights and safety, or when required by subpoena, court order, lawful governmental request, or applicable law. Those disclosures are not sales. We may transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and continued privacy protections.
Your choices and rights.
You may clear locally stored history and personalization through the Service or your browser. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of Personal Information. Contact us through the support channel identified in the Service to make a request. We will verify requests as required by law and respond within the applicable legal period.
Security and retention.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legitimate business needs, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance.
Changes and contact.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised. Continued use after an update constitutes acknowledgment to the extent permitted by law. If you have a privacy question or request, contact Intuitize through the support channel provided on the Service.
